How I Work
At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to undoing aloneness. I bring in my full self and a warm presence to support you in fully feeling your emotions without judgment, so you can begin healing from the inside out.
I’ll help you notice how you experience emotions in your body through sensations, movements, and patterns of tension or numbness — all at your pace. This body-based work supports your nervous system to slowly release stored trauma, reduce anxiety and overwhelm, and create a deeper sense of calm and safety within.
Many trauma survivors feel like they have different “parts” inside — an anxious part, a critical part, a protective part, a younger wounded part. Every part has a reason for being there, even if it feels painful or confusing. By listening with curiosity and compassion, we can begin to heal internal conflicts and create more space for your true, grounded self to lead.
In our work together, you can expect:
Safety and Connection: Building a trusting relationship where you feel seen and heard.
Embodied Awareness: Tuning into your body's sensations to understand and release trauma.
Inner Harmony: Exploring and healing different parts of yourself to foster self-compassion and balance.
My approach is relational, somatic, and experiential — rooted in AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), Somatic Experiencing, Parts Work, and supported by practices like yoga and breathwork.

What you can expect in session
Sessions often begin with a grounding moment to help you reconnect with yourself. From there, we gently explore your inner landscape — your emotions, body, nervous system, and relational patterns. Expect a mix of laughter, tears, movement, play, imagination, and meaningful dialogue.
Our work is a collaboration. I support you in understanding how your emotions and patterns have served you — and how to access a fuller range of experience, and begin the process of coming home to yourself. My goal is to help you reconnect with who you truly are, to feel truly alive and engage with life more fully.
